The Burn and Plastic Surgery Department of Sanya Central Hospital (The Third People's Hospital of Hainan Province) was established in 1996. It is the earliest burn and plastic surgery specialty in the southern part of Hainan Province and the only Grade A tertiary Burn and Plastic Surgery Department of Sanya Central Hospital in the region. It is currently the largest and most comprehensive Burn and Plastic Surgery Specialty in Hainan Province. The treatment level for various burns has reached the domestic advanced level and is leading in the province. It has rich clinical experience in the repair of acute and chronic wounds. Existing Staff in the Department: 9 doctors (1 chief physician, 2 associate chief physicians, 5 attending physicians, and 2 resident physicians), 1 doctorate, 2 master's degree holders, 2 certified aesthetic physicians, and 16 nurses.
