Bachelor of Medicine, Member of the Communist Party of China, Deputy Director of the Cardiovascular Disease Center, Associate Chief Physician, Associate Professor at Hainan Medical University, Associate Professor at Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Director of the Internal Medicine Training Base, Secretary of the 9th Party Branch. With over 30 years of experience in cardiology, Dr. Yang has received further training at the Chinese PLA General Hospital in Beijing and the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen Medical University in Guangzhou.

Dr. Yang specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, hypertension, valvular heart disease, aortic diseases, heart failure, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, arrhythmias, and cardiomyopathies. He participated in research on rheumatic heart disease epidemiology, which won the Third Prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Agriculture; also participated in three research projects and published over 20 papers.
