Chief Physician, Member of the Communist Party of China, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Department of Geriatrics at Sanya Central Hospital, Hainan Province. Dr. Yang is also a part-time professor at Hunan University of Medicine and Hainan University.
Since graduating from university in 1995, Dr. Yang has worked at the Daqing Oilfield General Hospital Group, specializing in clinical and teaching practice in neurology. She completed 13 months of advanced study in neurology at Peking University First Hospital in 2003. In 2012, she was promoted to Chief Physician and has served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Neurology Department’s third ward, as well as the Party Branch Secretary. In 2003, she was honored with the title of “National Top 100 Female Physicians”. In 2015 and 2018, she received the “Outstanding Employee” award from Daqing Oilfield Company. In 2019, she transferred to Sanya Central Hospital to work as the Deputy Director and Teaching Director of the Neurology Department, as well as the Secretary of the 16th Party Branch.
Dr. Yang specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson’s disease, cognitive disorders, epilepsy, and diseases characterized primarily by dizziness and headaches. She has accumulated extensive clinical experience in peripheral neuropathies, intracranial infections, multiple sclerosis, and myasthenia gravis; led and participated in more than ten research projects, receiving the First Prize in New Technology Applications in Heilongjiang Province, two Second Prizes, and the First Prize in Scientific and Technological Progress in Daqing City; authored over ten papers as the first author and written three books.
