Dr. Zhang is currently serving as the Director of the Department of Pediatrics at Sanya Central Hospital (The Third People's Hospital of Hainan Province), Director of the National Pediatric Training Base, and Head of the National Pediatric Clinical Drug Trials Base. He is also the Director of the Pediatric Teaching and Research Office at the Hunan University of Medicine Sanya Clinical College.
