Master of Medicine, Chief Pharmacist, Professor of Clinical Pharmacology at Hunan University of Medicine and Hainan Medical University, Director of the Pharmacy/Education Departments at Sanya Central Hospital (The Third People's Hospital of Hainan Province). Dr. Zhao serves as a reviewer for the Hainan Province Hospital Accreditation (Pharmaceutical Affairs Management Group), expert in the Hainan Provincial Basic Health and Wellness Expert Database, expert in the Sanya Medical Management Expert Database, and technical qualification reviewer for Sanya’s pharmaceutical engineering series. She has led one project funded by the Hainan Provincial Natural Science Foundation (High-Level Talent Project), two Sanya Medical Technology Innovation Projects, and one project funded by the Hainan Provincial Health Department; participated in one National Natural Science Foundation project and six municipal and provincial-level projects; published 22 papers as the first author or corresponding author, including four in SCI journals, with a cumulative impact factor of 13.382; additionally published nine papers in core Chinese journals, six in science and technology journals, three in general medical journals, and five in popular science publications; holds two utility model patents. In 2020, she was selected as a third-tier candidate for the Hainan Province 515 Talent Project. Between 2017 and 2022, Dr. Zhao received multiple awards, including first, second, and third prizes for papers from the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the Chinese Hospital Pharmacy Special Committee’s Youth Pharmacist Talent Forum, the Central South Pharmaceutical Society, and the Hainan Provincial Pharmaceutical Association. She has also been honored as “Outstanding Clinical Pharmacist” in Hainan Province and has received multiple “Outstanding Communist Party Member” and “Outstanding Scientific Research Worker” awards at the hospital level.
